A Jakala Case Study
Jakala supported the Lene Thun Onlus Foundation through a loyalty-driven retail campaign developed for Selex, the third Italian player in large-scale distribution. The challenge was to turn a consumer engagement initiative into a fundraising opportunity that could support the foundation’s ceramic-therapy laboratories for sick children in Italian hospitals.
Jakala designed and launched the campaign, including the online contest, campaign website, in-store materials, media placements, and multi-channel promotions across TV, radio, web, press, and social media. The initiative was highly successful, increasing turnover and average consumer spending while strengthening the brand-customer relationship, and it raised more than 190,000 euros for the Lene Thun Onlus Foundation.
