The challenge was to understand how stores performed across different competitive, micro-market, and territorial conditions, and to identify the most suitable openings and benchmarks for each location.
Jakala used business advisory, advanced analytics, and location analytics to cluster the existing network into 7 macro segments, analyze store performance, and build tools such as the Retail Performance Report (RPR) and New Opening Report (NOR). The solution also leveraged a geointelligence system and over 100 KPIs, resulting in detailed market potential evaluations for each segment and a stronger framework for comparing stores and assessing new locations.
