Jakala supported the largest Italian cruise company in improving how it segments and manages travel agencies (TA) to better match investment and relationship models to each agency’s potential. Using business advisory, advanced analytics, and location analytics, Jakala helped the company optimize its incentive plans and service model for Costa and its customers.

Jakala implemented statistical and geo-statistical models, behavioral segmentation, a new differentiated service model, and a Geo-Intelligence tool with integrated data and KPIs. The project delivered a consolidated four-class TA cluster set, around 90 KPIs at TA level, a sustainable service model, and optimized trade channel performance, including a net turnover increase of 14%.
