Jakala supported Leading Travel Agencies, the largest Italian cruise company, in identifying and segmenting travel agencies based on their potential and relationship value. The challenge was to better manage investments and performance across the travel agency network by using a more effective incentive plan and service model, leveraging business advisory, advanced analytics, and location analytics.
Jakala implemented statistical and geo-statistical models, behavioral segmentation, and a new differentiated service model, all integrated into a Geo-Intelligence tool with around 30 KPIs per travel agency. This helped Leading Travel Agencies build deeper market knowledge, create a tailored B2B strategy, validate the sustainability of the model, and optimize trade channel results, driving a net turnover increase of 12%.
