Redesign of the digital ecosystem of France's leading mutual healthcare company

MNH, a leading French insurer serving healthcare professionals with insurance, banking and hospital services, faced an outdated PHP website, fragmented CMS landscape and poor employee engagement. To modernize its digital presence and better communicate with staff, customers and the public, MNH engaged Jahia, deploying Jahia’s Digital Experience Manager 7.1 (with Portal Factory) to replace the legacy stack and standardize site management.

Jahia implemented a unified platform that integrated existing .NET directory services and Active Directory, preserved legacy functionality via ESIgate, and launched an intranet in 3 months and a B2C site in 5 months. The Jahia solution centralized competencies, enabled four content authors to publish without IT, and delivered a responsive site and richer intranet content; measurable impact includes 28,000 sessions (3,400 unique users) per month, two managed sites and much faster development and maintenance through Jahia.
