The European Broadcasting Union worked to industrialize its web processes, improve efficiency and responsiveness, and maintain service continuity during busy periods such as the Eurovision Song Contest. It also wanted a secure, centralized way to manage 50,000 LDAP users and their complex permissions, while reducing the cost and time spent on infrastructure management.

With Jahia Cloud CMS, the EBU completed a cloud migration that included automated workflows, regular backups, Single Logout, and LDAP-based permissions integration. Jahia also provided a single point of contact for support, and the migration covered 130 GB of data in a 15-day intervention. The EBU said it gained greater resilience, reduced operational costs, and improved the user experience across platforms handling 1,000,000 page views per month.
