How Netsmart built a user-friendly, fully integrated Customer Engagement Portal

Netsmart, a healthcare software company, needed a new customer portal that would provide a strong experience for clients, end users, and administrators. The company also needed an integration-friendly solution that could connect disparate systems and present metrics and graphics in a simple dashboard view.
