Ben & Jerry's, the global ice cream brand, needed a dynamic, easy-to-use platform to support dozens of country sites in native languages, maintain consistent data and quickly adapt to mobile consumer behavior. To meet this challenge they selected Jahia’s Enterprise CMS (deployed on Amazon EC2 and implemented with partner Avantia) to provide a multi-site, multi-language solution capable of rapid global rollout.

Using Jahia, the team launched 25 desktop sites and 24 mobile versions in 16 languages, completing the project in 15.5 months—beating the 16–18 month target—and supporting 2–4 million hits per month globally. Jahia’s cloud-hosted platform enabled rapid scale and strong traffic performance: the Japan launch saw 60,000 unique visitors in two months and 400,000 page views in April, with the Japanese site averaging 20,000 uniques and 110,000 page views monthly, demonstrating measurable reach and improved time-to-market.
