Case Study: Sompo unifies global websites and strengthens brand consistency with Jahia

A Jahia Case Study

Preview of the Sompo Case Study

A global digital platform for all its subsidiaries

Sompo, a Japanese insurance company with a global presence in 28 countries and regions outside Japan, was struggling with inconsistent branding and a fragmented digital presence across its local websites. The company also wanted to move away from a content-only approach and make it easier for local teams to update content without relying on IT.

Using Jahia CMS, Sompo built a unified global platform and site factory that supports consistent brand standards, multilingual publishing, and faster onboarding of regional websites. Jahia now supports 6 regional websites and 15 content editors, while Sompo reports smoother implementation, easier day-to-day content editing through drag and drop and WYSIWYG tools, and a scalable AWS-hosted environment.
