MACOM, a semiconductor company with 1,500 employees across North America, Europe, and Asia, was in a period of rapid change and needed a website reboot to support its rebrand and help it stand out from competitors. The company worked with Jahia to build a customer-first digital platform that could better support its new brand and make it easier for visitors to find components that meet their specifications.

Jahia delivered a new website from scratch with integrated customer and partner portals, a customer portal, a partner portal, LiveHelpNow, and an employee portal built on a modern infrastructure. The project was completed within nine months for the main platform and within seven months for the employee portal, which saw a 70% increase in use and 90% satisfaction. Since launch, MACOM has reported a 130% increase in web traffic.
