The project delivered measurable impact: 20% total savings (half from package offers), a 1,000% increase in bid-analysis speed, a 45% reduction in sourcing cycle time and roughly 5% annual cost savings from contract automation, and the retailer is expanding JAGGAER across additional facility services.
