A JAGGAER Case Study
The Queensland State Government launched a Social Investment Program to shift more than AU$1Bn in annual social service funding from grants to outcomes‑based commissioning for 5M+ citizens, managed by the Department of Children, Youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs. Facing inconsistent processes across departments and regions, poor visibility into performance across 600+ service providers and 2,200 contracts, and significant compliance and payment‑error risks, the Department implemented the Procure to invest (P2i) platform built on TradeEdge Social Services Procurement (SSP) and JAGGAER One, with JAGGAER as a key vendor.
JAGGAER’s solution delivered an integrated end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay platform that standardized sourcing, contract lifecycle, performance management, and payments, plus a supplier portal to automate acquittals and payments. The JAGGAER‑powered P2i platform improved visibility and consistent reporting across services, strengthened controls to reduce incorrect or fraudulent payments, boosted transaction probity, and freed funded organizations and staff to focus more on service delivery rather than paperwork.
