Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, a global supplier of sealing solutions to automotive and other industries, faced a fragmented, multinational purchasing environment and needed a single, searchable supplier database to improve transparency and vendor onboarding. To solve this, Freudenberg worked with JAGGAER, expanding on an existing SCM implementation by adopting JAGGAER’s All‑in‑One Supply Collaboration Platform including SRM, supplier registration, master data management and eSourcing capabilities.

JAGGAER implemented a modern supply‑base portal with automated workflows, D‑U‑N‑S® duplicate checks, two‑way SAP synchronization, vendor‑managed master data and automated certificate/document handling, plus an RFQ module with category‑level cost breakdowns. The result for Freudenberg Sealing Technologies was increased transparency, systematic onboarding replacing manual e‑mail exchanges, a cleaner supplier database, easier audit access to up‑to‑date documents, and standardized sourcing processes that let buyers compare RFQs and TCO scenarios more effectively.
