Northeastern State University (NSU), Oklahoma’s fourth-largest public four‑year institution, faced slow, paper‑based purchasing and invoicing processes that required multiple interfaces, lacked approval notifications, and typically took four to five days to issue a purchase order. To modernize procure‑to‑pay, NSU selected JAGGAER’s eProcurement and Invoicing solutions and integrated them with its Ellucian Banner/Ethos ERP.
JAGGAER deployed its eProcurement/Invoicing suite and Integration‑as‑a‑Service (SSO, XML/flat‑file and Ethos integrations) to centralize purchasing and AP workflows. The solution eliminated paper POs, reduced PO turnaround to 1–2 days, improved approval times and visibility into spend and employee activity, enabled approval queues and punch‑out savings opportunities, and consolidated multiple interfaces—delivering clear time savings and better spend control for Northeastern State University.
