Joyson Safety Systems builds a global supplier management and sourcing platform with JAGGAER

Joyson Safety Systems, a global leader in mobility safety, faced a fragmented purchasing landscape after a multi-company merger—about 13 separate ERP systems, roughly 3,500 direct suppliers and staff spending ~80% of their time on manual supplier administration. To standardize procurement and align with its SAP S/4 HANA rollout, Joyson Safety Systems selected JAGGAER and its JAGGAER ONE platform.

JAGGAER implemented Supplier Management (supplier onboarding went live Sept 2020) and Sourcing (automated RFQ creation live July 1, 2021), providing a native SAP S/4 HANA interface and an intuitive dashboard. The rapid deployment onboarded the majority of strategic suppliers within months, automated RFQs for key direct materials (e.g., airbag components), gave ~400 purchasers platform access, and began shifting time from routine tasks to strategic sourcing—standardizing processes and making purchasing more efficient and enjoyable.
