JLL, a Fortune 500 real estate services and investment management firm with operations in over 80 countries, put procurement at the center of its 2015 digital transformation to capture value from its large global spend. Facing disparate regional platforms, the company needed a single, auditable spend-management solution that could handle complex sourcing scenarios, ensure regulatory compliance and give transparent, consolidated spend and savings data—requirements that led JLL to select the JAGGAER suite (sourcing, contract lifecycle management and savings tracker).

JAGGAER configured and rapidly rolled out its platform—using collaborative regional workshops and a shared services center in Warsaw—starting with the complex Integrated Facilities Management business and expanding across EMEA.
