JLL, a Fortune 500 real estate services and investment management firm with operations in over 80 countries, put procurement at the center of its 2015 digital transformation to capture value from its large global spend. JAGGAER configured and rapidly rolled out its platform—using collaborative regional workshops and a shared services center in Warsaw—starting with the complex Integrated Facilities Management business and expanding across EMEA.
