Italian Exhibition Group, a leading European trade fair and congress operator with venues in Rimini and Vicenza, faced increasing complexity from rapid revenue and geographic growth, plus divergent purchasing procedures between its offices and the need to meet listed-company compliance. To modernize and harmonize procurement, the Group chose JAGGAER and its web-based purchasing platform as the technology partner for the digitalization project.

JAGGAER delivered a customizable, totally web-based purchasing solution with a user-friendly interface that supports many suppliers and can be accessed globally from PCs, phones or tablets. Three years after rollout, the platform has harmonized procedures across Rimini and Vicenza, raised procurement standards to align with listing requirements, enabled most maintenance to be handled internally, and provided more flexible, efficient supplier and procurement management.
