Global 1000 Engineering and Construction Company, a supplier to the oil and gas industry, needed to load, aggregate, map and cleanse direct materials data to report global supplier KPIs (spend, savings, on-time delivery, quality, forecast/demand). Their in-house spend analysis required monthly manual extraction from SAP across five groups into static Excel files, which prevented timely visibility and strategic decision-making.
