CEVA Logistics, a €7 billion, non-asset-based supply chain company with more than 51,000 employees and a global, diversified customer base, faced increasing supply‑chain complexity and customer demands that its traditional sourcing models couldn’t meet. CEVA needed greater flexibility, more bid variables, the ability for suppliers to propose alternatives, and the capacity to evaluate “soft” factors (safety, quality, sustainability) while maintaining visibility and compliance—so they engaged JAGGAER and deployed JAGGAER’s Advanced Sourcing Optimizer.

JAGGAER implemented Advanced Sourcing Optimizer features such as Expressive Bidding, Total Cost of Ownership modeling, flexible scenario analysis/RFIs, real‑time feedback, and training, enabling CEVA to run robust sourcing scenarios and capture richer supplier data.
