Balfour Beatty, the UK’s leading construction provider, faced tight margins and a need to modernize procurement and supplier performance across a diverse set of businesses. To simplify buying, reduce leakage and standardize processes, they ran a tender and selected JAGGAER’s procure-to-pay (P2P) and catalogue solution to provide one system and a user-friendly front end for site teams.

JAGGAER implemented a P2P platform with supplier catalogues, structured ordering and receiving, and straight-through processing.
