The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office needed a better way to manage supplier code compliance and visibility across its commercial department. Its team had been relying on manual tools such as WeTransfer, Excel, and PowerPoint, and later a separate supplier information management system that lacked scoring, stability, and integrated workflow. JAGGAER was brought in with Supplier Management, Sourcing, and Contracts, along with Supplier Intelligence.
With JAGGAER, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office moved supplier compliance data into a single unified platform, aligning compliance checks with procurement and Standard Selection Questionnaire processes. JAGGAER helped reduce supplier complaints, improve record-keeping and collaboration, and give staff clearer visibility into supplier code compliance. Around 450 people now use the platform across the commercial department, with 500 licenses in total, and the compliance user base is expected to grow from about five to 100 including suppliers.
