Wanneroo City Council, serving over 210,000 residents in one of Australia’s fastest-growing areas, needed a better way to provide digital services that could scale with its expanding population. Jadu helped the council address this challenge with a new online, mobile-first website built on Jadu Central Content and Forms.

Jadu implemented a responsive site that made key services easy to find and use, enabling residents to self-serve online for tasks like payments and dog registrations. The results were strong: online usage increased significantly, with the share of people paying rates and dog registrations online rising from 5% to 15%, while the council improved access to services for a mobile audience.
