Swindon Borough Council partnered with Jadu to support its digital transformation journey, aiming to improve resident services while reducing costs and modernising outdated processes. The council faced rising demand, heavy reliance on manual and paper-based workflows, disconnected legacy systems, and low online self-service, with only 8% of transactions completed online.

Using the Jadu Digital Platform, including Jadu Central and Jadu Connect, Swindon Borough Council built a no-code, integrated service model for forms, workflows, and online journeys. The results were significant: online transactions increased from 8% to 60% within two years, over 350 forms and 150 case types were digitised, and the council’s household waste booking system became its most visited digital service, handling around 23,000 bookings per month.
