A Jadu Case Study
South Gippsland Shire Council, a local government serving nearly 30,000 residents across more than 3,000 square kilometres, needed to replace an aging website that had become difficult to maintain and hard to use. Working with Jadu and its Jadu Central platform, the council set out to create a modern, customer-focused digital experience that was accessible on all devices and better aligned with community expectations.
Jadu delivered a new website and digital service platform that made it easier for South Gippsland Shire Council to publish and manage content while also improving online service delivery. The results included stronger digital engagement and faster access to transactions such as bill payments, helping residents avoid in-person visits and queues. The council now plans to extend its use of Jadu for community consultation and more forms-based services.
