A Jadu Case Study
London Borough of Hounslow was looking to improve online service delivery and reduce back-office complexity as part of its digital transformation journey. Working with Jadu, the council moved away from Salesforce and began building smarter online services, starting with Jadu Central, Forms and Payments, plus integrations for waste services.
Jadu implemented Jadu Connect and Jadu Integrations Hub to deliver end-to-end digital services, including Freedom of Information, Ombudsman, and Member/MP/Leader enquiries, as well as a digital waste service connected to Bartec’s Waste Management System. The result was a seamless citizen experience with real-time case tracking and full oversight, and Hounslow launched its end-to-end digital waste service in just two weeks.
