Logan City Council - Customer Case Study

Logan City Council, one of Australia’s fastest-growing councils serving 327,000 residents, needed a fully inclusive website that could better support a diverse community, including people with disabilities and residents from more than 217 cultures. Its old site was difficult to navigate, had a decentralised publishing model, and struggled to provide a clear, consistent user experience. To address this, the council worked with **Jadu** and used **Jadu Central** and **Jadu Central Galaxies** as part of its digital transformation.

With support from Jadu, Logan City Council launched a new accessible website that met WCAG 2.1 standards and supported translation in over 100 languages. The new site was launched on International Day of Persons with Disabilities and drove a **60% increase** in people accessing services digitally, along with a **4.75/5 customer satisfaction score**. Logan also became the first council in Australia to receive a **Gold Plain Language Award**.
