Lichfield District Council - Customer Case Study

Lichfield District Council needed to replace a legacy CRM that wasn’t connected to the web or a customer account facility, and wanted a modern self-service approach to support garden waste sales and improve digital service access for residents. Jadu provided the council with Jadu Continuum CXM and Jadu Continuum XFP, alongside integrations with Bartec waste systems, to create a more transparent and convenient online experience.

With Jadu’s cloud-based customer management and eForms tools, Lichfield District Council launched online waste services that let residents order services, track requests in real time, and receive automatic status updates. The result was national recognition from SOCITM’s Better Connected review, where the council’s garden waste service received four stars and was identified as an exemplar of good practice.
