Sarnova, a Dublin, Ohio–based healthcare supplier group, needed more efficient and accurate utility data analysis for facilities management after relying on spreadsheets and manual bill reviews. To modernize their process they partnered with JadeTrack and deployed JadeTrack’s Utility Bill Management platform to centralize historical and ongoing utility data and make audits and reporting far easier.

JadeTrack imported 36 months of bills, automated reporting, and identified line-item overcharges and excessive supplier charges, leading Sarnova to switch electricity suppliers and tweak consumption. As a result, Sarnova’s Dublin office saved $30,329.69 in the first year, reduced energy use by 63,920 kWh (a 7% decrease year-over-year), and gained ongoing visibility to drive further savings with JadeTrack.
