A JadeTrack Case Study

Huntington Bank’s Best-in-Class Energy and Sustainability Strategy

Huntington Bank, a regional Midwestern bank with about 800 branches and a large corporate building portfolio, faced the challenge of reducing energy use, cutting emissions, and standardizing sustainability practices across many sites while engaging colleagues in behavior change. To gain the analytics and visibility needed to manage those efforts, Huntington partnered with JadeTrack and adopted real-time monitoring technology across its facilities.

JadeTrack’s real-time monitoring was deployed in Huntington’s corporate buildings in Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky, giving facilities teams “night vision” into equipment behavior and helping catch issues like overnight overrides. That visibility, combined with utility partnerships and incentive programs, helped Huntington drive measurable savings since 2017, unlock more than $500,000 in utility incentives, and support 50+ ENERGY STAR certifications annually (60 in 2019). JadeTrack’s monitoring was a key enabler of those results.
