Mulberry Parks Silks, a retailer of luxury silk bedding and accessories, faced challenges in managing and presenting their extensive product content on their existing Shopify store. They sought to upgrade to an Online Store 2.0 environment to gain more flexibility, specifically the ability to add custom sections across all page types to better engage their audience. They partnered with the vendor, JadePuma, for a theme upgrade to achieve this.

JadePuma migrated the store to the latest version of the Flex theme, which provided the foundational Online Store 2.0 capabilities. The solution included extensive customizations, such as a re-architected product structure that separated sheet sizes into distinct products to simplify the customer experience, alongside the development of new custom sections to provide more layout tools. This empowered Mulberry Parks Silks to easily build out rich, educational content on product, collection, and blog pages, seamlessly guiding customers from content into a shopping experience. JadePuma also implemented a search filter app to enhance collection page navigation.
