Total Terminals International boosts finance reporting with Jade Global and 10+ Power BI reports

Total Terminals International (TTI), a full-service marine terminal operator, faced a significant challenge with its financial data being scattered across multiple sources. This made collating information for analysis a difficult and manual process for its business users. To address this, TTI partnered with vendor Jade Global to implement a data warehousing and analytics solution using Microsoft Power BI.

Jade Global designed and built a comprehensive data warehouse in Power BI, which included creating finance data models and integrating data from ERP Fusion and other files. The solution automated the sync process from the ERP to an FTP server and delivered over ten Power BI reports and four dashboards for financial analysis. This provided TTI with a single source of truth, resulting in better visibility for decision-making, the elimination of manual efforts, and faster, more insightful financial reporting.
