Flexport, a U.S.-based freight forwarder and customs brokerage company, faced challenges in scaling its EDI integrations and managing its high-availability Boomi environment. This allowed for the easy onboarding of new customers with custom validations and provided real-time shipment updates. As a result, Flexport was able to move 100% of its technical delivery for standardized integrations offshore with Jade Global, freeing its internal employees to focus on more complex work.
