A Jackrabbit Swim Case Study
Open Water Adventures, a one-location swim school with 14 instructors and a seasonal roster of about 320–420 swimmers, was overwhelmed after rapidly doubling its student base. The organization relied on manual Excel-based systems for class, payment and student management and needed a scalable, automated solution — so they turned to Jackrabbit Swim’s class management software (Jackrabbit Class).
Jackrabbit Swim implemented online registration, a parent portal, automated payment processing, reporting tools, a Time Clock and a filtered Weekly Calendar view, enabling staff to work remotely and access critical information quickly. The changes cut payroll processing from 3–4 hours to about 20 minutes, sped up invoicing and payments, improved accuracy and professionalism, and allowed Open Water Adventures to efficiently manage rapid growth and better understand class, student and financial details.
