Jennings Music & Education Center, a one-location school with 160+ students and 20 instructors, faced the complexity of managing mostly private lessons, a large retail store, band labs and varied class structures—creating time-consuming data entry, class setup and payment headaches. To streamline operations they adopted Jackrabbit Music (using Jackrabbit Class) to handle registration, payments and account management.

Jackrabbit Music implemented online registration, auto-pay, a parent portal, import templates, flexible transaction search and report/export templates so Jennings could automate workflows and tailor the system to their atypical needs. The result: parents self-serve, owners spend more time with students and instructors, payroll preparation was reduced to about a 15-minute process, and administrative overhead dropped thanks to Jackrabbit Music’s flexible reporting and import tools.
