Krupinski Academy of Dance is a family-run studio in Chesterfield, Missouri that serves nearly 500 families across 50 school districts. As the studio grew, maintaining a “family” experience became harder: staff needed a way to organize class, student and family information, streamline registration and payments, and reduce time-consuming manual processes that led to high delinquent payments and costly mailings.

Implementing Jackrabbit gave Krupinski a single database and staff portal plus a secure parent portal for online registration and auto-draft payments. The results: delinquent payments fell from 70–80% to under 30%, the studio eliminated roughly $1,000 per registration mailing and about 20 hours of manual work, accounting reports are produced quickly, and on-site registration events were transformed into community celebrations focused on connecting with families.
