Jackrabbit Gives Back Creative Teaching Time by Reducing Management Efforts

Stage Door Dance Productions, owned by Chasta and Willis Calhoun, is a busy dance studio with 504 students, 12 instructors and one location (a second opens in June). The owners initially chose a low-cost studio software but found it cumbersome, non-customizable and time-consuming, which hampered staff efficiency and diverted time from teaching.

After testing Jackrabbit with their own data, they switched to its more flexible, customizable platform. Jackrabbit automated bank drafts, account ledgers and attendance, added mobile access and simplified credit-card processing (saving at least six hours per month), freeing the owners to focus on teaching, expanding to multiple locations and rolling out additional features to improve service.
