Five Star Sport and Entertainment Academy, a single-location facility serving 1,000 students, 3,000 families and 70 instructors, needed a way to promote and manage several unique special events that drew participants beyond their local market. Using Jackrabbit Class to create online event listings, Five Star enabled registration, payment, and required policy agreement/printable confirmation for entry, then promoted events with videos and registration links on Facebook and YouTube. The approach brought trickers from across the U.S. and Europe, flooded registrations and turned their competition into the largest tricking event in the world, while teen-focused online registration and consent forms increased parent confidence and kept costs and administrative effort low. Jackrabbit Class’s flexibility made the global expansion and safer attendee control possible.
