Gymstars Gymnastics, a single-location school with 1,009 students and 85 instructors led by President & CEO Bob Tanon, needed to replace a PC-based class management product with a web-based solution so he could access business information anytime, anywhere. Bob evaluated Jackrabbit Class but was concerned about the data import process and the risk of losing or corrupting existing records.

Jackrabbit Class completed the data import with only minor format tweaks and hands-on support, giving Gymstars a secure, web-based class management system and off-site data access. Jackrabbit Class helped reduce bookkeeping labor through Excel reporting and QuickBooks integration, cut weekly paper use from 1½ cases to ½ case via online role-taking and registration, and lowered drop rates by enabling immediate outreach to absentees—delivering safer data, time and cost savings, and a smoother paperless operation.
