Ossia, a U.S.-based consumer electronics company, needed specialized product design, engineering, and manufacturing expertise to validate and optimize its breakthrough Cota™ wireless power technology. The company also needed a world-class manufacturing partner to help build credibility and create an ecosystem of potential device customers for its wireless charging solution.

Jabil provided RF expertise, engineering support, and manufacturing capabilities to help refine the Cota™ technology and develop the Cota™ Tile prototype. The collaboration helped Ossia earn a CES 2017 Best of Innovation Award honoree designation, while Jabil’s global brand relationships and supply chain reach positioned Ossia to pursue Cota-enabled devices at volume across consumer, industrial, medical, and automotive markets.
