Jabil Is Helping RayVio to Bring Clean Water to the World

RayVio, a health and hygiene company based in Hayward, California, wanted to showcase its breakthrough UV LED “microchip of health” technology and needed a fast way to build a working product prototype that could inspire brand and product partners. To do this, RayVio turned to Jabil’s Radius Innovation & Development team for digital prototyping and end-to-end product design services.

Jabil helped RayVio bring a self-disinfecting water bottle prototype to life in just six weeks, using advanced CAD, 3D printing, CT scanning, CNC milling, and rapid iterative design at the Jabil Blue Sky Innovation Center. The project produced 200 product iterations in half the usual time, helping RayVio validate its technology claims, accelerate partner engagement, and strengthen confidence in future commercial applications.
