Jabil Helps Superfeet Revolutionize the Way It Gets Under Foot

Superfeet, the U.S.-based health, wellness, and fitness brand known for over-the-counter insoles, wanted to modernize a 40-year-old business by using 3D printing to create more personalized products and improve its manufacturing approach. The company needed help overcoming early technical hurdles and finding the best way to introduce additive manufacturing without losing focus on its core expertise in foot support.

Jabil, working with Radius, provided digital prototyping and 3D printing expertise to guide Superfeet through product ideation, materials testing, and prototype development, producing more than 40 prototypes in four months. The effort cut time to market by more than half, helped create a roadmap for better production accuracy and efficiency, and enabled Superfeet to manufacture custom insoles with high replication at a fraction of the cost of other methods.
