HDFC Bank, India’s largest bank, faced very high drop-off rates (often up to 95%) across multi-step application flows for products like personal loans, two‑wheelers, credit cards and car loans. To re-engage visitors and retarget abandonments, the Social Business and New Media team selected web push notifications and adopted iZooto’s user engagement platform after passing security audits.
