Kole Imports, a long-standing wholesaler and large online distributor of discount merchandise, needed a faster, more personalized way to announce timed and clearance sales and to retarget shoppers who dropped off before checkout. To complement email, Kole Imports adopted iZooto web push notifications and its behavior-triggered Playbooks to reach customers in real time and capture buying intent.
iZooto implemented timed drip and retargeting Playbooks — including a Welcome Notification series and a Recover Abandoned Cart flow (spaced at 3/5/7 days), plus product-view retargeting — generating roughly 50 transactions per day. The campaigns drove a 97% increase in conversion rate from iZooto, contributed 6% of overall revenue, helped lift revenue by 22% and improved overall conversion rate by 9%, with the Welcome Playbook accounting for about 37% of push-notification revenue.
