Erem News, part of the Abu Dhabi–based Erem Media group, needed a better way to drive return readers after social channels underperformed for timely engagement. They turned to iZooto’s web push notifications to own their audience, break news faster, and re-engage users when other channels weren’t delivering.
iZooto implemented targeted segmentation, Playbooks (including the Recover Abandoned Tab Playbook) and web push ad monetization, enabling contextual, real-time outreach. The results: iZooto drove 5M page views in four months (24% more than Search), now contributes 35%+ of total visitors, delivered a 13.18% impact from the Recover Abandoned Tab Playbook, and helped Erem News build 886K+ push subscribers while reducing dependency on paid marketing.
