Biba, a market leader in women’s Indian attire, faced declining effectiveness from email and display ads and struggled to retarget visitors who abandoned carts or product pages. To address this, Biba partnered with iZooto to add web push notifications as a non‑traditional channel for reaching and re-engaging site visitors.
iZooto implemented contextual broadcast campaigns (offers, price drops, festive messaging) and targeted retargeting flows for cart and product-page abandoners; retargeting delivered about 2x the conversion rate of broadcasts. The campaigns drove roughly 15–20 transactions daily at an average order value of ~25,000 INR, contributed ~7% of monthly sales, added ~80,000 INR on average, and achieved an 11x ROI within a couple of months for Biba.
