Bajaao, India’s first Shopify Plus store and a leading marketplace for musical instruments, faced a long 1–3 week buying cycle and a lean 3-person marketing team that needed a scalable way to engage niche customers without causing ad fatigue. iZooto helped Bajaao acquire 20,000+ subscribers in 12 weeks and deploy segmented campaigns—regular engagement, automated cart-retargeting, real-time pushes and personalized Playbooks drips. The impact was significant: conversions from iZooto were 5x those of paid campaigns, iZooto contributed ~4.5% of total sales, and Bajaao earned north of $11K in three months (lifting quarterly revenue >15%). Retargeting lifted revenue by 14% and nearly tripled transactions via iZooto; switching to real-time pushes increased transactions by 34%.
