FSAstore.com, part of Health-E Commerce and the companion site HSAstore.com, needed a better way to engage shoppers while also educating them about FSA/HSA benefits and deadlines. Their challenge was to move beyond email and use a more immediate channel that could remind customers to use their funds, promote eligible products, and support both conversion and education at scale.
iZooto provided web push notifications, including tailored promotional, drip, retargeting, and triggered campaigns across the customer journey. The results were strong: FSAstore.com saw about a 5% lift in conversion rate, a 35% increase in sales, and a 124% increase in revenue from push notifications, with Q4 alone generating 40% of sales from iZooto and an overall 111% year-on-year increase in revenue from the channel.
