Rural Servicios Informáticos unifies 34 sites and 2,700 offices with IZERTIS

The customer, Rural Servicios Informáticos (RSI), faced the challenge of unifying and modernizing the data network, fixed telephony, and mobile telephony architecture across its 34 headquarters and over 2,700 offices. This required optimizing complex planning processes for a heterogeneous group while adapting to new technological revolutions in security. RSI entrusted vendor IZERTIS to coordinate the implementation of the technological solutions outlined in its communications RFP.

IZERTIS implemented a technical office model to manage the multi-vendor project, which included deploying SD-WAN, upgrading routing equipment, migrating to a virtual switchboard, and improving mobile coverage. The solution accelerated planning, provided detailed documentation and updated reporting, and enabled direct liaison and effective problem-solving. The results for RSI included aligned objectives, coordinated team and service management, a reduction in risks, and the implementation of continuous improvement processes for both the service and the teams.
