The Ayuntamiento de Córdoba sought to evolve into a digital city model but required a comprehensive and executable strategy to connect urban service needs with a prioritized project portfolio. IZERTIS provided a service for the development of digital city strategies to address this challenge, helping the city improve its digitalization capabilities and establish governance mechanisms.

IZERTIS implemented a two-part solution consisting of strategic planning, which included creating the Córdoba Digital Plan (PCD), and project management execution through a dedicated support office. This provided the city with a complete framework for its digital transformation, combining ongoing strategy with execution support. The result was a strengthened municipal capacity for project definition, tender processes, and governance, alongside a systematic approach to identifying funding opportunities for initiatives.
