Visit Tampa Bay partnered with IZEA to boost awareness of Tampa Bay’s growing food and craft beer scene and encourage more travel and overnight stays. The destination wanted to turn its local breweries, brewpubs, and culinary offerings into a wider travel draw for foodies and beer lovers across the country.
IZEA executed a social sponsorship campaign using four foodie and craft beer lifestyle influencers, along with managed sponsored social, promoted posts, and content repurposing. The campaign delivered 19 pieces of content, reached more than 4.88 million followers, and generated 563K engagements on a $66,250 budget, with a strong $0.11 CPE; IZEA also noted that an out-of-state influencer drove especially high replies and engagement, showing the appeal of authentic travel content.
